SPA POLICY

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN VISITING OUR SPA

 

Our Spa hours are from 10.00 am. to 9pm. Please arrive at our spa approximately 5-10 minutes early in order to complete a brief lifestyle questionnaire. This allows us to familiarize ourselves with your preferences and any medical concerns we should be aware of.

Our therapists are fully trained, and experts in their craft. This ensures that our clients are in some of the most capable hands you’ll find anywhere. Having said that, please inform them at any time if you are uncomfortable, or require anything else during your treatment–massage pressure, room temperature or otherwise.

If you have thoroughly enjoyed your massage, we suggest leaving the oil on your skin for up to two hours before taking a shower. This will give your skin ample time to absorb the oil’s healing properties.

If you are pregnant or have any other conditions that you feel we should be aware of, please inform our spa receptionist and/or your therapist.

 

We always do our best to accommodate, however late arrivals can result in reduced treatment time due to our schedule. To ensure that you are able to get the most out of your experience, please arrive on time. Mobile phones are not permitted in any treatment rooms or relaxation areas. In other areas, please switch them to quiet or meeting mode.

 

To ensure a peaceful, tranquil ambiance in the spa, children cannot accompany adults in the spa unless also receiving a treatment.

 

The therapist reserves the right to terminate the treatment if she feels the clients’ behavior is undesirable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 hours notice is required to cancel or amend any reserved treatment. If less than 24 hours, 50% of the full treatment fee will be charged.

 

In case of a no show, the full treatment fee will be charged. All packages and products are nonrefundable

REFUND POLICY

We retain the right to refuse service, all sale are final and no refunds will be issued.
